Meet Jeremy Atoui

Hi, I’m Jeremy, the Director of Jeremy’s Plumbing Services. My journey in the plumbing industry began in 2013 when I started my plumbing apprenticeship. I quickly developed a passion for the trade, which led me to establish Jeremy’s Plumbing Services in 2019. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a job completed to the highest standard and knowing we’ve made a difference for our customers.

Fun Fact: If you ever challenge me to a game of lawn bowls, be prepared—I never lose!

How Jeremy Started

Jeremy started his plumbing career the old-fashioned way, as an apprentice on the tools, learning the trade from the ground up.

Over the years, he worked across residential homes, commercial sites and maintenance plumbing, building strong technical skills and a reputation for quality workmanship. But early on, he realised something important: great plumbing isn’t just about fixing pipes — it’s about how you treat people.

Why He Started Jeremy’s Plumbing

In 2019, Jeremy launched Jeremy’s Plumbing with a clear goal, to create a plumbing company that customers actually feel comfortable calling.

He wanted to raise the standard of communication, reliability and professionalism in the trade industry. That means showing up on time, explaining things clearly, providing upfront pricing and treating every home with respect.

More Than Just a Business

Jeremy isn’t just a business owner, he’s a husband and a proud dad.
Family is at the centre of everything he does, and that flows directly into the way the business operates. Creating a family-friendly, trustworthy company that people feel safe inviting into their homes has always been a priority.

He’s passionate about building a strong team culture too; mentoring apprentices, supporting his staff and creating a workplace people are proud to be part of.

Outside of Work

Jeremy starts most mornings at the gym before the workday begins. He prioritises staying fit and mentally focused so he can show up at his best for his team and customers.

Afternoons are for family; walks with his wife, daughter and their dog, playing outside, swimming, and switching off from work. Weekends are now family time too, thanks to a rotating on-call system across the team.

He’s also quite a keen 4w-driver, and never says no to booking a weekend away with his family.

Liam is a highly experienced plumber and manager at Jeremy’s Plumbing Services, bringing 11 years of expertise to the industry. He enjoys the dynamic nature of his role, traveling to new locations each day and meeting a variety of people. In addition to his plumbing work, Liam takes great pride in supporting the team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.

Fun Fact: Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer & and archery.

Meet Joel

Hi, I’m Joel, and I’ve been working in the plumbing industry for 6 years, starting my apprenticeship in 2019. What I enjoy most about being a plumber is the satisfaction of providing clients with permanent solutions to their plumbing problems. Being a plumber has allowed me to develop invaluable life skills, particularly in communication and problem- solving, which I apply every day when working with customers. Being able to assist clients and deliver the best possible outcome is incredibly rewarding, and I take pride in the support I provide to ensure their needs are met.

Fun Fact: I have played football for the last 14 years.

Meet Maddison Atoui

Maddison plays a pivotal role in the development and growth of the company. Her passion for providing exceptional service has made her a vital point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their plumbing needs are met in a professional, timely, and comfortable manner. As a female in the plumbing industry, Maddison takes pride in being the first point of contact for customers, offering them peace of mind knowing they are booking with a family-owned business that genuinely cares about their needs.

Interesting Fact: Before joining Jeremy’s Plumbing Services, Maddison worked as a qualified primary teacher, specialising in special needs education and dance coordination.

Meet Kaylah

Hi, I’m Kaylah, the Senior Administrator at Jeremy’s Plumbing Services. With 7 years in the plumbing industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless customers with their plumbing needs. What I love most about my role is connecting with our wonderful customers, ensuring they receive the best advice, service, and support. Whether you need guidance on a plumbing issue or just a friendly voice on the other end of the line, I’m here to help make your experience smooth and stress-free!

Fun Fact: I won “Sutherland Shires Cutest baby of the year” contest in 1998. It's true, just ask my Mum!

Meet Christian

With over 11 years of plumbing experience across Arizona and now Sydney, Christian specialises in residential and commercial maintenance. He takes pride in seeing every job through from start to finish, ensuring homes and businesses remain safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. No two days are ever the same, and he loves the challenge of solving problems that make a real difference for clients.

When he’s not on the tools, you’ll find Christian exploring hiking trails with friends or enjoying a sunny day at a Sydney beach with his family.
